In this episode, Bri gets the opportunity to have a transparent conversation with one of her best friends, Rosana Gambino. Rosana is the co-founder and CEO of fittly, a startup she founded in New York City just last year. After studying International Business at Northeastern University, Rosana had dreams of living and working abroad. She spent her early career living and working in places like Australia and Costa Rica while honing her business acumen with roles at unicorn startups like Lyft & ClassPass. It is this passion for travel, new challenges, and the consistent unknown that drives her entrepreneurial spirit. This dynamic experience led to the creation of fittly at the peak of the pandemic. Rosana created fittly after finding there was a gap in the market for fitness professionals finding job opportunities. Starting with a small idea, Rosana and her co-founder have been working tirelessly on this vision ever since. Now Rosana lives in Amsterdam and has grown fittly to a team of seven spread across various states and countries. With over 400 users on the platform currently, her passion project continues to grow and she is more dedicated than ever to becoming an advocate that empowers fitness industry professionals by helping them find more enriched and fulfilling careers in the fitness industry.
