Michelle is a youth development specialist & professional tennis coach with 12+ years of experience, and has worked with over 5000 young people in the NJ/NY area. She is the creator of the course 'College Ready Recruit' which prepares high school students for college, Improves their Mental Performance & Helps them Secure Scholarships. She is also the founder and CEO of She Leads Sports LLC , An organization that empowers girls to become productive women through sport-based activities. On top of that, Michelle also recently started a non profit organization "WE Lead Sports Inc" that provides free or low cost tennis and mentoring & college readiness programs to under-resourced youths in New Jersey.
